We do take Purchase Orders ONLY from Municipalities and Schools. We do NOT accept Purchase Orders from Club/Elite Teams.
Yes. Please call with your order number in hand to verify your purchase. Most products may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of original delivery. The product must be unopened in original packaging and in new condition. See Refund Policy page for further info.
If you would like to cancel an order all you need to do is to contact Customer Service either via email or by phone and let us know that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already been fulfilled unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order for you. Friendly reminder we are not open over the weekend.
Put everything you want to purchase into your cart. Proceed to fill out all shipping information. When shipping method shows click on the options tab to see all options available. Including international shipping, expedited and next day shipping rates.
You can give our creative team a call directly to discuss design and garment options. But the best way to get in contact is by email. (firstname.lastname@example.org) Please send all any logos, art, and team colors your looking to use as well as a brief list of what apparel you would like to see in your store. An artist from our team will reach out within 1 business day.
At the top of your teams page there are details on when your store opened and when it will close. Production of your items does NOT start until after your store closes. There are details on the time frame you will receive your items AFTER your Team Store closes.
If your apparel has NOT been printed yet there is a chance the the sizing can be changed. If it has been printed and/or the agreement has been delivered there will be no exchange or refund.
Yes. Please call to schedule a pick up time. (732) 431-2255 Please keep in mind the majority of our sales are online and our Shipping Department does their very best to get all orders out in timely manner. By scheduling an In Store Pick Up does not prioritize your order.
