What You Missed This Weekend

We hope everyone had a happy 4th of July and Canada Day (July 1st) weekend. There was some awesome stuff that went on in the past four days. Here is a short list of what you might have missed.

World Series of Youth Lacrosse 2016 - This tournament consists of U13 teams from across the nation competing to be named the best in the US. The event takes place in Denver, Colorado. Home of the MLL Denver Outlaws and a hot bed out for youth lacrosse. The final game was between Legacy Lacrosse and Igloo 2021 Black Ice. Legacy Lacrosse topped Black Ice  8-3 becoming the second ever World Series of Lacrosse Champions. Congrats boys!

This is an amazing event of sport and competition. The talent of these young players are top notch and will be the face of our sport in the years to come.

Under Armour All Star Game - The best high school lacrosse players from across the country play against each other. Not only are they competing for bragging rights but receive some of the sickest gear in the game. Check out the video of Greg from ECD giving you the full rundown of the gear at the All Star Game.
