When will my portable lacrosse goal ship?

Orders placed before 1pm ET typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day.

Do portable or foldable goals qualify for free shipping?

No. Due to their large dimensions and weight, portable goals are excluded from free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Will I get tracking information after ordering?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Can my school or league place a bulk order for foldable goals?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for teams, schools, and training programs ordering multiple foldable or pop-up goals. Contact sales@lacrosseballstore.com or call 732-431-2255 to request a quote.

Do you accept purchase orders from institutions?

Yes. We accept purchase orders (POs) from verified institutions. You can submit your PO through the Teams & Institutions page or directly via email.

Can I request help selecting the right portable goal for our age group or league?

Absolutely. We’re happy to recommend a goal size or model based on your players’ age, skill level, or league requirements (U10, U14, high school, etc.).

Can I return a foldable goal if it doesn’t work for our program?

Yes, but only if the item is unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 30 days and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
