Do goals and nets qualify for free shipping?

Most goals and nets are considered heavyweight or oversized items and are excluded from the free shipping offer, even if your cart exceeds the free shipping threshold.

How are large goals shipped?

Full-size or professional-grade goals often ship via LTL (freight) carriers. After checkout, we may contact you to confirm delivery logistics if your order qualifies for freight shipping.

How soon will my goal or net ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Custom or built-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Freight shipments may include a delivery appointment setup by the carrier.

Do you offer bulk pricing for schools or athletic programs?

Yes. We supply equipment to schools, leagues, and universities. For volume pricing on multiple nets or goal sets, contact sales@lacrosseballstore.com or call 732-431-2255.

Can we pay using a purchase order?

Absolutely. Verified institutions can submit purchase orders (POs) through our Teams & Institutions portal or directly by email. W-9 forms and quotes are available upon request.

Can you help us select the right goals for our level of play?

Yes. Whether you're outfitting a youth league, high school, college, or rec program, our team can guide you to the correct size and material for your needs.

Are any goals or nets non-returnable?

Yes. Custom-built or clearance goals and nets are final sale and cannot be returned. Opened or installed items are also ineligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
