How quickly will coaching and officiating gear ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Larger or specialty items like scoreboards or carts may take longer due to handling requirements.

Do you offer expedited shipping for officials’ gear?

Will I receive tracking info once my order is shipped?

Absolutely. Once your gear ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment.

Are bulky items like scoreboards or carts shipped differently?

Yes. Oversized items may be shipped via freight and could require a signature upon delivery. We’ll contact you if special delivery arrangements are necessary.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at sales@lacrosseballstore.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or return as per our shipping policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Standard shipping is limited to the U.S., but institutional and international bulk inquiries are welcome at sales@lacrosseballstore.com.

Can schools or clubs order multiple items like scorebooks, boards, and whistles in bulk?

Do you accept purchase orders (POs) from schools?

Yes, POs are accepted from accredited institutions. Please email them to sales@lacrosseballstore.com for prompt processing.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

We recommend contacting us ASAP after placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel the order upon request.
