How long does custom stringing take before shipping?

Stringing typically takes 2–4 business days once we receive your head or confirm your order. Shipping time depends on your selected method.

Can I get express delivery for a stringing service?

Yes! Select expedited shipping at checkout, or contact us at sales@lacrosseballstore.com to prioritize your order.

Do I have to ship my lacrosse head for stringing?

If you select “string my existing head,” yes, you'll need to mail it to us. Shipping instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

Will I be notified when my strung head ships back?

Absolutely. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping for stringing services?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note: you are responsible for any return shipping and customs fees.

What happens if my head gets lost during return shipping?

We recommend insured and trackable shipping when sending in your head. LBS is not responsible for items lost in transit unless shipped with a prepaid LBS label.

Can schools or teams submit heads for bulk stringing?

Yes! We frequently handle bulk stringing for schools and clubs. Email sales@lacrosseballstore.com for quotes and logistics.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools?

We accept POs from verified institutions. Please contact us to coordinate the process.

Can team logos or colors be used in the stringing?

Yes, our team can match school or club colors and apply custom stringing styles where possible.

Can I cancel or change my stringing order?

You can cancel or change the order before we begin stringing. Once stringing starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
