SHIPPING

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Motor Freight (LTL), depending on the size and destination of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders (including Canada & Mexico) are shipped via USPS or UPS. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other import charges.

Is free shipping available?

Free shipping is available on many items when your order total meets the required minimum. Heavy items like balls, nets, goals, and backstops are excluded. Orders over $99 may qualify if exclusions do not apply.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS or FedEx.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you request an address change after the package has shipped, an additional $17.00 fee per package will be charged.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please allow extra time during high-volume periods.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools or organizations?

Yes. We accept POs from verified institutions. You can request a quote or submit documents directly on our Teams & Institutions page.

Do you offer custom gear or apparel for teams?

Absolutely. We provide custom uniforms and apparel for teams, schools, and organizations. Visit your team store or contact us to get started.

Can I get bulk pricing for my team or school?

Yes. We offer special team and bulk pricing. Contact our Team Sales department to learn more and get a custom quote.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Electronics (e.g., scoreboards, timers, radar guns)

Goals, nets, rebounders, and backstops

Clearance items (final sale)
