Team Store is NOW CLOSED

All items will be delivered to the Team Coordinator who will distribute your purchases to you. They will not be shipped to you. Most items should be available approximately 3 - 4 weeks after the store closes. Some items require minimum quantities to be purchased by the team in order to process them. In the event an item does not garner enough interest to allow for the order to be placed, you purchase price will be refunded. All agreed upon proceeds will go to the organization. There are no refunds on items once the Team Store has closed. Any changes to your order must be made prior to the stores closing. Once in production all orders are final.
You may select in-store pick up OR If you want your garments sent directly to you, you must select another shipping method. No garments will be produced until the team store closes. Then you will need to wait 3 weeks for pickup or delivery.

How do I check shipping rates?

Please place everything you want to purchase into your cart. Proceed to fill out all shipping address information and the page will provide you with a shipping rate

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we work with customers and institutions worldwide. If you'd like to coordinate the most economical shipping option for a bulk purchase, please contact us at sales@lacrosseballstore.com

Can I order and pick up in-store?

Yes, we offer in-store pick up at 62 Jackson St, Suite 2, Freehold, NJ 07728. We are open for customers between 9am and 5pm EST

When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock products will normally be shipped within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of order.

What shipping carrier does Lacrosse Ball Store use?

We ship via UPS, USPS and LTL Freight depending on the size of the order

How long will it take for me to receive the order?
  • All in-stock items on orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of order between Monday to Friday. Most of our orders take about 3 to 5 business days for delivery. However, for bulk purchases, please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.
  • Custom team uniform or apparel orders' turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 weeks depending on the size of the order
  • Team Store orders go into production once the store closes. After the store closes, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes, we do take purchase orders. Please send an email to sales@lacrosseballstore.com with the products and quantity you are looking to purchase. A sales associate will reach out to you within several hours.

My organization is tax exempt. How do I get tax exemption?

Please visit Teams & Institutions page and submit your organization's tax exemption certification

How can I get the W-9 Form?

Please visit Teams & Institutions page and request Form W-9 and we will get back to you within a couple of hours.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Can I return an item for exchange, refund or store credit?

Yes. Please call with your order number in hand to verify your purchase. Most products may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of original delivery. The product must be unopened in original packaging and in new condition. See Refund Policy page for further info as some exclusions apply.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order please let us know immediately via:

Already fulfilled orders cannot be canceled but we will available for a refund once the item is returned unused and in original packaging.
