How long does it take to ship custom uniforms?

Custom apparel items typically have longer production times. Once artwork is approved, most orders ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on volume and design complexity.

Can I expedite shipping on custom gear?

Expedited shipping is available after production is complete. If you’re on a tight deadline (e.g., a meet or event), contact us at sales@lacrosseballstore.com to confirm timelines and available rush options.

Do you offer tracking for custom apparel orders?

Yes. As soon as your custom uniforms leave our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can schools or clubs place bulk custom uniform orders?

Yes. We specialize in outfitting entire teams and organizations. For quotes, design help, or bulk pricing, reach out to sales@lacrosseballstore.com or call 732-431-2255.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools or school districts?

Yes. We accept POs from approved educational institutions. Upload your PO and tax documents through the Teams & Institutions page or contact our sales team directly.

Can we request sizing samples before placing a large order?

Yes. We offer sample sizing kits or product samples upon request. This helps teams order with confidence. Email us for details.

Can I return or exchange custom uniforms?

Because each piece is custom made, uniforms are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. Please double-check rosters, sizing, and design approvals before finalizing your order.
