How quickly will my training equipment ship?

Most in-stock training gear (including rebounders, cones, and agility kits) ships within 1–2 business days, and orders placed before 1pm ET typically ship same day.

Do rebounders and mannequins qualify for free shipping?

Heavier or oversized items such as rebounders or Elevate Sports mannequins are excluded from free shipping. Lighter items like cones or markers may qualify if your order meets the free shipping threshold.

Will I receive tracking information once my order is shipped?

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your training gear has shipped.

Can I place a bulk order for cones, rebounders, or agility kits?

Yes. We work with teams, schools, and programs to fulfill bulk and team training orders. Email sales@lacrosseballstore.com or call 732-431-2255 for a quote or consultation.

Can we pay for training gear using a purchase order?

Absolutely. We accept purchase orders (POs) from verified institutions. You can upload documentation through our Teams & Institutions section.

Do you offer recommendations for school or league training setups?

Yes. We can help you select the right gear based on your sport, age group, and training goals — including mannequins, targets, and speed training equipment.

Can I return training gear if it doesn’t suit our needs?

Returns are accepted on unused training gear in its original packaging within 30 days. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before sending anything back.
