    Guaranteed shipment in 6-8 weeks

    Shipment Guarantee:

    Your order will be shipped to you in 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order or the following refund
    schedule will apply to your order

    1. If we ship your uniforms 1 week late, we will deduct 10% from the total price of your uniforms
    2. If we ship your uniforms 2 weeks late, we will deduct 20% from the total price of your uniforms
    3. If we ship your uniforms 3 weeks late, we will deduct 30% from the total price of your uniforms
    4. If we ship your uniforms 4 weeks late, we will deduct 40% from the total price of your uniforms
    5. If
      we ship your uniforms 5 weeks late, we will deduct 100% from the
      total price of your uniforms and refund you any money already paid.

    A uniform order is considered placed when all of the following items have been completed
    • You have paid and the has received a deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price of your uniforms
    • Your
      artwork has been created and the art approval
      form has been returned to the with your approval
    • You have submitted a complete list of Uniform Sizes and applicable numbers and or names for each to the
      received each of the above items and you have received, via email, a
      confirmation of your complete order and guaranteed shipment date.
    • Adjustments
      to artwork, quantities, numbering, names or any other adjustment to
      your order will create a new order date and a revised guaranteed shipment date.
    • UPS
      or FedEx tracking numbers will be sent to you at time of shipment.
      Confirmation of receipt by UPS or FedEx will be considered proof of
      shipment for the purposes of this guarantee
    • In the event of a partial shipment, this guarantee will apply only to any items shipped beyond the guaranteed shipment date.
