A custom order is considered placed when all of the following items have been completed

• Your
  artwork has been created and the LacrosseBallStore.com art approval
  form has been returned to the LacrosseBallStore.com with your approval.
  
• You have submitted a complete list of applicable numbers for each to the LacrosseBallStore.com.
• LacrosseBallStore.com
  has
  received each of the above items and you have received, via email, a
  confirmation of your complete order.
  
• Adjustments
  to artwork, quantities, numbering, names or any other adjustment to
  your order will create a new order date and a revised shipment date.
  
• UPS
  or FedEx tracking numbers will be sent to you at time of shipment.
